“It took us about a year to find this place because we were very picky with what we wanted. But when we came across this unit, we jumped on it right away. It’s a great size. The building is pet friendly and our landlord has been phenomenal. The building is built very well. The only downside is it gets hot in the summer and there’s no central AC so you have to buy an air conditioner, but that’s not the worst problem in the world. The seawall is a fantastic edition and our unit has a beautiful view of BC place.”
