“A new owner purchased the building a few months ago, and the living conditions have severely declined ever since. Management frequently uses aggressive tactics, yelling, and intimidation to force out long-term tenants in order to raise the rent. Many residents now feel insecure even stepping outside their doors. Additionally, unpermitted construction regularly occurs late into the evening and on Sundays. This is no longer a peaceful place to live, save yourself the hassle/headache and do not rent here.”
