“Overall I had a really good experience living here. I was going to UBC at the time and shared the unit with two other girls. Our place faced the park, so it was actually a lot quieter than I expected, and we even had a nice view of the ocean. I used the gym all the time and it was one of my favourite parts of the building. The location was super convenient since I could just walk to campus, and having save on, cafés, restaurants, and everything else in wesbrook village nearby made day to day life really easy. I always felt safe coming home, the building was well looked after, and I never really had any issues while I lived here. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a place near UBC. There was also a trash shoot on every floor!! So no need to go to garbage room :)”
