“One of the best parts of this building is the size of the units. Since it’s an older building, the layouts are much larger than most newer condos downtown. The location is excellent too, with Coal Harbour just a short walk away and several grocery store options nearby, making day-to-day life really convenient. The building was always clean, management was good, and the gym was a great size with plenty of equipment. My only complaints were that the walls were a little thin, the elevator wait times could be long during busy hours, and I wish the units had patios. Overall, it was a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious home in a central location”
