“No complains over management, quick to reply and friendly. The area specifically does get treated like a commercial area by the city and citizens, often street work being done at 1-5 am, and some cars parking blaring music, teenagers singing loudly, and motor bikes revving. Can be quiet in the week but busy on weekends with the ferry. Great deck space and close to so many great outdoor areas. Had a small ant issue that management fixed immediately. Quiet neighbours as everything around closes around 7-9 pm. Keep in mind future construction projects with the trolls block being turned into new apartments. Another downside was a ton of delivery company’s could not find our door due to the unique layout of the unit. Missed a lot of deliveries. The random person hanging around the back parking area waiting for ferry’s etc. other than that I always felt safe here.”
