Great buidling, but lacked amenities

“This was during Covid times, therefore since SFU campus didn’t have students actively studying it was very quiet. Might be different now, but regardless it was a family friendly, clean and safe neighbourhood since it was next to campus. The building lacked amenities however, and without a car it is difficult to gather groceries as the only option was the local store across the street which was expensive.”
