Great building, concierge is a bit of a struggle to deal with.

“We love the neighbourhood, and the building itself is well maintained. A high share of units are owner-occupied, and it shows in how the common areas are cared for. A few things worth knowing before you move in: Concierge. The biggest friction point. They won't sign for packages, and they can only handle one resident at a time — so if someone ahead of you has a complicated request, expect to wait. Amenity booking. The system for reserving the gym and other amenities is clunky and more work than it should be. Elevators. Generally quick. But when one is locked out for a move, waits stretch to 5–10 minutes. EV charging. One charger shared between two buildings. If you drive an EV, plan on waiting — or plan your charging around off-hours. Delivery address. The buzzer is on W Georgia, but Google Maps routes drivers to the roundabout at Regiment Square. Add a note to every delivery order or you'll be fielding confused calls. None of these are dealbreakers — the location and the quality of the building carry a lot. But the concierge and EV situation are the two I'd want management to fix.”
