βOur previous landlord was very kind and made it a nice, homey apartment. Our tragedy began a few months ago when a new landlord took over. He started relentlessly harassing the tenants and is determined to drive out the long term ones in order to raise the rent. He's doing renovations on Sundays and leaving bulky waste on the property. He refuses to repair the elevator, water leaks, and other essential home equipment damage. You absolutely should not live 1030 Harwood.β
