Great location, lots of amenities to make up for the size of the smaller units. But walls are VERY thin.

“There are many pros to living here. The neighbours (for the most part) are kind. It’s a fantastic location. Very bright and clean building. Everyone cares for it. The biggest problem? The acoustics. You can hear about everything. From the people walking in the hallway to your neighbour taking a bath. Foot noise is so bad that you can actually hear what the person is doing upstairs. Unless your neighbours are respectful of quiet hours (10pm-7am), you’re in for a ride. Unless you don’t mind noise and can tune it out, I wouldn’t recommend living here. Opt for top 2 floors only. PS, be warned that plant lovers that are generous with their watering will dribble onto your balcony or patio.”
