“During my 1st year the management offered proxy for fire inspection if the tenant cannot be onsite, they cancelled this service for the 2nd year which I'm not happy with, it's not like they charged less strata fees. Corner units facing False Creek (unit # 07-08) might get a lil warm in the afternoon. The built-in fridge is kinda small for a 2 bedroom. Everything is mediocre, I guess I just like the location and my landlord is nice.”
